Naira Devaluation and the Varying Schools of Thought

According to the Herald, Nigeria foreign reserves is dwindling and would  not sustain its artificially strong exchange rate, especially when oil prices are unlikely to return to formal status, Saudi's firm position on oil supply and of course Iran's return to the market. However, the Nigerian Government, remains unconvinced that there are any positive outcome of further devaluation of the Naira.
